The Administrator will assist the by performing any combination of entry level clerical duties requiring general knowledge and the application of various work methods and procedures.
Answer phones as front desk in a professional manner.
Familiarize self with products/services and provides for accurate transferring.
Greets guests and visitors, ask for proper ID, ensuring each visitor has badge and signs in at guest log book.
Adheres to security policy for guests and visitors entering the building. Updates all sign in/sign out logs at front desk.
Assists other business units/departments on special projects as requested.
